In my role as a phone-banking officer, I help clients with their banking needs remotely by responding to their questions, handling transactions, and resolving problems. I serve as a point of contact for the bank's customers, making sure they get correct assistance in a timely manner. Strong problem solving, communication, and banking software navigation are some of my strong points.
